The Department of Vascular, Endovascular and Transplant Surgery provides the local and regional population with expert surgical treatment of complex diseases of blood vessels. We provide modern minimally invasive approaches to disorders of blood supply in addition to the full range of more traditional surgical treatments. We also provide services to the population of South Island who suffer with Chronic Renal Failure who require procedures for Dialysis and where possible perform Kidney Transplantation.
